
Our Income Management Team are responsible for collecting and recovering the majority of our income and arrears including:
- Rent for homes including sheltered properties
- Rent for garages
- Service charges for rented homes
- Supporting People charges
- Re-chargeable work (repairs caused by damage or neglect)
- ActiveLink charges
- Rent and service charges for shared ownership
- All leasehold charges
- Former tenancy arrears (money still owed after a resident has vacated a property or garage)
The team also:
- Monitor over 4500 accounts a week
- Send letters, and provide assistance through home visits, appointments at our offices and over the phone
- Help with claiming Housing Benefit, and housing benefit estimations
- Provide basic debt advice and put you in touch with other agencies
- Set up affordable payment agreements
- Prepare and present cases to Court for legal action
- Monitor agreements including Court Orders
- Carry out evictions where necessary
- Set up, amend and monitor over 1000 direct debits
- Arrange all customer refunds
The Income Management Team consists of six members of staff:

Kelly Parr Cert CIH - Income Manager

Caroline Wilkinson - Income Management Coordinator, monitors former tenancy arrears.
Kirsty Skinner - Income Management Coordinator, covers our more rural areas including Porthleven, Mullion, St Keverne, Mawnan Smith etc..

Sarah Healan Cert CIH - Income Management Coordinator, covers most of central Redruth.

Hayley Swiggs - Income Management Coordinator, covers Camborne, Troon, Praze, Illogan, Pool, Leedstown and Germoe.
Ben Nicholls - Income Management Coordinator, covers St Day, Fourlanes, Lanner, Mabe, Constantine and also deals with Shared Ownership, ActiveLink and Leasehold arrears.
