Director of Development
Michelle read philosophy at university before training as a Chartered Surveyor, gaining the Diploma in Surveying (Planning and Development) in 1991 and the MRICS qualification in 1993.
Michelle worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, the world's largest commercial surveying firm, for 4 years before switching to residential development, and has worked at 7 different housing associations over the past 16 years. After moving from London to Cornwall in 2002, Michelle worked at the Devon and Cornwall Housing Trust for 5 years most recently as Regional Development Manager.
