Director of Housing & Support
Louise has over 16 years experience of social housing, including 11 years at senior management level. As Director of Housing & Business Development for Gloucester City Homes she provided strategic management for the delivery of the Housing Management Services, ensuring excellent services to National Standards of social housing regulation. Louise was responsible for the Development of the strategic direction for the Company in terms of business development through new homes development, regeneration and providing company services for others.
Louise is committed to continuous learning and development and has attended training courses and seminars with Government Office (South-West), National Federation of ALMOs and management and professional courses. In 2004 she completed the NVQ level 5 in Strategic Management, which is equivalent to a post-graduate qualification.
