David has a wide range of business experience having worked in the private, public and not for profit sectors. Since moving to Cornwall in 2001, David has worked as Company Secretary for Penwith Housing Association and as the Group Company Secretary for the Devon and Cornwall Housing Trust.
Having qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1991 David continued his professional development completing a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Southampton in 1997 and most recently qualifying as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2006.
