- The Advisors will review all of our policies and procedures to ensure they offer equality of opportunity to all and that they meet the diverse needs of our customers;
- They will become involved (when required) with customers making a complaint on the grounds of equality of opportunity and diversity; and
- They will provide advice and guidance to staff on dealing with the diverse needs of our customers.
