Advisory group

The Equality and Diversity Advisory Group was established in 2004 and is composed of representatives from the following organisations:

  • Stonham Housing Association
  • Shelter
  • The Cornwall Disability Forum
  • Age Concern
  • The New Connection
  • CN4C/Vision
  • The Intercom Trust
  • Citizen's Advice Bureau (Redruth)
  • Kerrier District Council (Housing Benefit Department) 
  • SHARE
  • Coastline Housing Customer's
  • St Petroc's Society
  • Cornwall County Council's Gypsy and Traveller Support Worker

In addition the Director of Finance and the Operations Support Analyst represent Coastline Housing on the group.
The group meets four times a year and was established to examine how the Company works, how we can ensure that we provide a fair and inclusive service that caters for the needs of all of our customers and truly reflects the policies on Diversity and Equal Opportunities.
