Our phone lines are open from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. Our busiest time is in the mornings between 9am and 12 noon. If your call is non urgent and it is convenient for you to contact us outside of these times, we will be able to answer your call more quickly.
For emergency repairs and queries we have an out of hours service available. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can contact this service by calling 08452 700720. You will automatically be connected to our Out of Hours service and will be able to speak to an advisor to report an emergency repair or gain advice for emergency queries.
