Background to your position on the NED Board
I have spent 30 years in education starting as a secondary school teacher and concluding as Vice Principal of an FE College and University centre. I am currently working as a Project Manager for the NHS based in Camborne. I have always been interested in the links between education, housing and health and have been involved in a number of community activities linking these three areas. I have spent 8 years on the Board of Devon and Cornwall Housing. I have lived in Cornwall for 23 years. My stepson lives in Lancaster with his wife and our 11 year old grandson.
Other Interests
Gardening, horse riding (I have a 10 year old thoroughbred gelding called Skipper) and dog walking our 14 year old English Bull Terrier ‘Emily’.
