A qualified Chartered Secretary, David has a wide range of business experience having worked in the private, public and not for profit sectors. Since moving to Cornwall in 2001, he has worked as Company Secretary for Penwith Housing Association and as Group Company Secretary for the Devon and Cornwall Housing Trust.
David completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Southampton in 1997 and qualified as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2006.
