
Customers and staff have come together to produce a fantastic report of our activities during 2010/11...
Our Annual Report for this year is currently being mailed out to customers, brought to you by the Action Team of staff and customers pictured above.
The report was also developed thanks to some valuable consultation at the Customer Away Day which took place recently at Paradise Park in Hayle.
The document has been designed so that everyone has the opportunity to see what Coastline has been doing during 2010/11, how we have been performing, our successes and what improvements will be made over the coming twelve months. The report is divided into 6 colour coded sections as highlighted within the Tenant Services Authority National Framework and complements your Involvement Structure.
A feedback card has been sent with the report so you can let us know what you think about the document and how we can improve it for the future.
