Coastline customers Local and Coastline Offers went live on 1 April 2011.

Coastline has spent a lot of time consulting with its customers to develop Local and Coastline offers.

The 12 Local and 88 Coastline Offers are customers' priorities for the services Coastline provides.

Priorities are split into 4 key themes:

Customers recently received their Local and Coastline Offers 2011/12 booklet (see link below). Coastline will regularly report to customers how it is performing against these Offers to make sure it stays on track.
