In the face of tough challenges ahead, the newly launched Coastline Housing Corporate Plan aspires to provide great homes, great services and great people.

Coastline's Corporate Plan 2010-2014 was officially launched to stakeholders at a high profile event attended by guest speaker, Matthew Taylor, Chairman of the National Housing Federation.

Developed following much consultation with customers, staff, Board members and partners, the Plan sets out what the organisation wants to achieve and how it will measure its progress over the coming months and years.

Chief Executive, Robert Nettleton outlined Coastline's new vision and mission, which is supported by clear objectives and targets.

Matthew Taylor praised the Corporate Plan as 'an outstanding document that is really clear, measurable and genuinely ambitious.' Addressing delegates on 'delivering housing in the age of austerity, Lord Taylor emphasised that innovation will be key in rising to the challenges faced by the housing sector.
